Poulin is President and Chief Executive Officer for Critical Intervention Services (CIS), a Florida based private protection agency. In July 2003 under the direction of Mr. Poulin, CIS launched a website called SafeTampaBay.org to support a local effort for creating a safer community. The website is a comprehensive source for information and expert advice on critical issues of crime and domestic security. It contains in-depth information about gangs, domestic violence, Alzheimer’s safety, and homeland security. Frequently, Mr. Poulin serves as a consultant for the news media. Throughout his career, he has appeared as a subject expert in over 300 television, newspaper, magazine and radio news interviews. He also currently serves as the President of The Florida Association of Security Companies.
