As you approach along the winding driveway you’ll have your first
glimpse of the magnificent listed building widely regarded as one of
England’s finest examples of Palladian architecture. The mansion’s
interiors are every bit as attractive as its elegant facade and provide a
stylish backdrop befitting your celebration. The house and its gardens
are ideal locations for your wedding photographs.

Our proactive wedding team is on hand to help with your plans and
suggest details that you may not have considered. We aim to exceed
expectations and make your celebration as memorable as possible with
extra features like flaming torches lighting the driveway or a midnight
firework display.
To help with your wedding planning we can make suggestions on
quantities, timings and practicalities. This is our recommended itinerary:

8.30pm Evening reception and dancing.
9.30pm Evening food served buffet-style.

The Cube Room
With its ornate baroque features and magnificent double-height ceiling,
the beautifully-proportioned Cube Room is the jewel in the mansion’s
crown. Flexible table arrangements allow for 40 to 70 guests to dine in
the room’s splendour and the opportunity to dance into the night under
the twinkling chandelier.
This really is a unique and regal room – ideal for truly memorable and
romantic occasions.
The Card Room
For smaller celebrations with closest family and friends, The Card Room
is an intimate, bright and stylish space that can seat up to 24. The room
can also be used in conjunction with the adjoining Cube Room.

The Marquee
Our luxurious marquee is situated in the leafy, lawned garden
reached by the stone stairway from the palladian portico and terrace.
The marquee’s space can be extended in three metre lengths to
comfortably accommodate receptions for between 80 and 250 guests.
The marquee provides views of attractive parkland and incorporates
an exclusive bar area separate from the main floor space. A raised
stage can be made available for bands or DJs, along with a spacious
dancefloor.
You can dress the marquee to suit your taste whether classically
traditional or stylishly contemporary, full-on glamour or understated
chic. Finishing details such as lighting, floral features and table
decorations help set the tone and create the required mood.

The Richmond Golf Club’s forte is traditional British cuisine. Our
team of skilled chefs has created a selection of menus to satisfy
every preference. All dishes are prepared in-house using the finest
ingredients from carefully selected suppliers and great pride is taken in
the beautiful presentation of each.
To welcome guests we recommend a champagne or drinks
reception. This can include canapés served by circulating staff.
We can arrange and supply a wonderful choice of wines to
complement your meal or, if preferred, we’re happy to receive and
serve your wine order from your own supplier.
During the evening, drinks are available from your personal bar within
the Marquee and, for Cube Room weddings, from the mansion’s
Lounge Bar.

Booking terms and conditions
Provisional bookings will be held for up to 90 days upon receipt of
£500 non-refundable deposit, subject to date of wedding. Thereafter
a non-refundable 25% deposit is required.
Payment
The remaining balance is due three weeks before the event. For any
other food and drink ordered (over and above that paid for three weeks
prior to the event) service charge will be at 7.5%. All our prices are VAT
inclusive.
Entertainers and decorations must be agreed by the Richmond Golf
Club and music must end at 12.15am. Confetti, Chinese lanterns and
fireworks (other than those organised by the Richmond Golf Club) are not
permitted. All guests must vacate the club by 1.00am.
