Rinnai Parts Webstore Login Setup
In order to utilize the Rinnai Parts Webstore one must currently have a partner portal login. This can be obtained by a Distributor, Dealer, and/or Servicer through contacting the local Rinnai representative. The representative will forward the necessary information to Rinnai which will lead to the creation of the username and password that will be emailed to the user.

Select the Order Parts tab
This button can also be used to continue to the WEBSTORE
If the user is a distributor they can simply proceed to the next step and select Order Parts. If the user is a credit card account user then the first time they
select Order Parts they will be prompted to perform a one time self-registration before being allowed to proceed to the Webstore. Once completed they will
gain access to the Webstore . If the user is unable to complete the registration they need to contact Rinnai Customer Service at 1-800-621-9419 for assistance

Certain units use the same abbreviated model # (RL75i) however there are multiple generations for these units separated currently into the VA, VB, and VC series, this page brings attention to this as the parts information differs between the series/generations.

This page is where one would choose the appropriate generation
(in the event that the unit is not one with multiple generations you would only have one selection to
choose from)
If the “Parts” button is selected this will take you to the parts list only, no exploded view
of the diagram would be brought up
If the “Scroll” is selected the user will arrive at the next page which has both the exploded view of the
parts breakdown and parts list

the cost and can choose the quantity needed to add to the checkout cart.

To Number this will greatly aid them in expediting

have never purchased from the WEBSTORE
before.
