EVERY OFFICE HAS ITS OWN SYSTEM/METHODS OF RECEIVEING /

DISPOSING TAPAL.

FOR ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE THE PROCEDURE IS BASICALLY SAME

THE ACTION TAKEN ON THE TAPAL AND COMPLIAING / REPLY IS TIME

CONSUMING BECAUSE OF THIS SLOW PROCEDURE.

THE PROCEDURE IS SHOWN BELOW IN FLOW CHART.

COMMUNICATE THE SAME EMAIL-ID TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS i.e. TO OTHER

GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND CITIZENS

BE ENSURE THAT ALL OFFICE CORRESPONDANCE / TAPAL SHOULD COME

ON THAT SPECIFIC MAIL-ID.

ACCORDING TO TYPE OF CORRESPONDANCE THE CONCERN MAIL-TRAIL IS

FORWARDED TO CONCERN OFFICER FOR FURTHER ACTION.

ACCORDINGLY ENSURE THAT COMPLIANCE SHOULD BE SENT ON THAT

SPECIFIC MAIL-ID.

SETUP AN SPECIFIC TAPAL MAIL-ID

CONVEY THE MAIL-ID TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS

ENSURE THAT ALL CORRESPONDANCE SHOULD COME AT SPECIFIC MAIL-ID

ACCORDINGLY FORWARD THE MAIL-TRAIL TO CONCERN OFFICER MAIL FOR ACTION AND
