DiaPac™ formulates and processes its products to customer specifi cations using WC, WC / W2C, and WC / Co powders. Each product is blended according to your engineering specifi cations and application.
• WEAR RESISTANT SURFACE COATINGSDiaPac™ formulates and processes tungsten carbide powder products, welding and brazing rods to meet a wide range of industrial uses and application methods. Standard and custom products are available for welding, brazing, plasma transferred arc (PTA), HVOF and other cladding methods.
• CEMENTED CARBIDESDiaPac™ supplies a wide variety of cemented carbide products for use in downhole tools and mining applications. These include blades, nozzles, buttons and shaped inserts. Industry standard shapes and sizes are offered. Customers’ specifi c design upon request. Tungsten Carbide grades per your specifi cation and application.
