A reputation for innovation ENSIGN’S ASR™ 150: Our Breakthrough Automated Service RigOur customers asked for an innovative automated service rig for multi-well programs that would service well-pad and SAGD projects and minimize downtime – so we used our decades of experience to deliver both.

Ensign’s ASR 150, is a fully automated service rig that eliminates all manual manipulation of tubulars from the pipe rack to the make-up of a connection, reducing the number of personnel on the rig floor and making it safer, quicker and more efficient to move between wells.

Freestanding Slant / Vertical Service RigEnsign pioneered the first slant-hole service rig for work in heavy-oil reservoirs. We continue to improve on this design to increase its versatility and utility for other applications.

Our teams operate slant service rigs in diverse environments and the toughest conditions.
