The design of the robots are based on standard Wemo robot system which ensure a trouble free operation and long lifetime.

Wemo xPacker offers several advantages and added values:

WEMO xPACKERRANGE

Wemo xPacker range is based on three sizes of compact modulized linear robot system. An easy and flexible unit for you to integrate wherever it is needed in your production setup. The installation is very simple and fast, based on plug-and play principle and because of the modular design it can be adapted to any pre-existing conveyor and packing line.

WEMO xPACKER -50 This is a fast robot concept for handling parts or boxes up to 5 kg with a capacity up to 15 cycles/minutes. The small footprint makes it easy to install just after the process machines or inside existing automation lines.

The working area is as standard 600x1000 mm in horizontal motions and expandable up to 600x2200 mm. The stacking height in vertical is as standard 400 mm and expandable to 800 mm. A servo rotation around the vertical axes is possible to add as option.

The robot is equipped with a universal vacuum gripper easy to use for different sizes of parts or boxes.

WEMO xPACKER -200 This is a middle sized robot concept for handling parts or boxes up to 20 kg with a capacity up to 10 cycles/minutes. Typical applications are palletising or de-palletising plastic or cardboard boxes. The typical pallet sizes are from 800x1200 up to 1400x1400 mm.

The working area is as standard 1100x1600 mm in horizontal motions and expandable up to 1600x3400 mm. The stacking height in vertical is as standard 1400 mm and expandable to 2000 mm telescopic arm. A servo rotation around the vertical axes is in the standard configuration.

The robot is equipped with a universal vacuum gripper easy to use for different sizes of parts or boxes.

WEMO xPACKER -SThis robot concept is mainly for applications with higher payload up to 100 kg and with longer. Working areascompare to the other xPacker models. The robot types is based on the xLine series from Wemo and can be used also for larger dimensions of parts or poxes, like long tubes and profiles after extrusion lines handling of wooden plates for furniture industry, and heavy trays or parts in the metal industry.

Application based on the xPacker-S is always customized solutions for the specific needs.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Wemo xPacker -50 for filling parts in boxes

This application is a typical use of the smaller xPacker -50 for filling parts inside plastic boxes or cardboard boxes. The parts will be buffered in one raw at the incomingconveyor and the boxes are transported through the xPacker on the wider conveyor line.

Wemo xPacker -200 with two pallets +one paper sheet station

This solution is an xPacker -200 with extended working area for two pallet stations direct on the floor, and one station for buffer carton paper sheets. In between the paper sheet and pallet the incoming conveyor of parts is located.

Wemo xPacker -200 with 2 level pallet conveyor in line

This application is based on the xPacker -200 and positioned inline direct after an assembly line. The incoming empty pallets will be transported at the under level of the conveyor system and the filled pallets will be transported out on the upper conveyor.

Wemo xPacker -S for palletizing plastic tubes inline of extrusion line

The plastic tubes is continuously produced in a extrusion line, and will be buffered to a pick up station.The xPacker robot brings 3 tubes at the same time and place them in a pattern in a steel frame pallet.
