Enclosed please find herewith recruitment notice of the village Resource Person under your Block

Jurisdiction which is selI explicit

You are requested to circulated the notice in all gram Panchayat under your block and also

instruct Pradhan of the concern Gram Panchayat to publish it in Gram Panchayat notice board.

The total selection process consisting of collection of application form of candidates,

scrutiny of filled in forms, final seiection through interview along with writing skill analysis

should be carried out from Block end.

The BDO may form a recruitment committee under his leadership comprising will consist of

BDo, Jt" BD0, Oni sAE, one Extension officer.SELECTION PROCEDURE OF VILLAGE RESOURCE PERSON:'

1. Selection of vrps must be through a transparent and impartial process having the judgement

of communication, writing skill of candidates. A walk-in-interview along with a test will

have to be held.

Z. A merit list of suitable 20 candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in

madhyamik/equivalent. According to the merit list candidates will appear for the interview

cum written test. After that a final list of 10 selected candidates per gram panchayat of a

Block will be prepared by the recruitment committee"
