The BoroLogistics team at CBRE has been retained on an exclusive basis to represent ownership in the sale of 425 Devoe Avenue (The Property) located in the West Farms section of the Bronx. The Property is an existing 90,000 sq. ft. multi-story flex industrial warehouse on a 56,990 sq. ft. lot with mixed-use devel-opment potential.

NEIGHBORHOOD

West Farms is a charming neighborhood located in the northeast corner of the South Bronx.
