Step 3: Ordering Test materials

• You must order test materials if: – The quantity of test materials needed is

greater than the number of students on the Pre-ID roster.

– The default number of teacher materials is not acceptable. • Grade 3-12: One set of teacher materials is

provided for every 6 students. • K- 2: One set of teacher materials is provided

for every 3 students. • If you need fewer teacher materials, contact

[email protected]

– Braille or large print test materials are needed.

Ordering Materials

All the materials will be sent to the central office!

Make sure this information is correct!!

Note the pre-selected media format for the audio prompts.

If incorrect, change the format.

To confirm that the number of students on your Pre-ID roster is correct and you do not need additional materials, check this box.

To confirm that there are no EL/LEP students currently enrolled in your district and you do not need any WESTELL materials, check this box.

Under the “Ordered” column there are now two items – “Pre-ID” and “Additional Material”. If the Pre-ID upload contained any student records for that school, there will be a check mark next to “Pre-ID”. If an additional order has been placed for the school, there will be a check mark next to “Additional Material”.

To place an additional order for

the school, click this

icon.

You must repeat this process for each grade cluster.

You must repeat this process for each school.

Ordering Teacher Materials

• If your order is based on the Pre-ID roster, you will receive the default number of Teacher Materials. If you have other requirements, contact [email protected]. • If you are placing an additional order, you will NOT receive any additional teacher materials unless you order them. • Note: For each grade cluster at each school for which you are receiving student materials, you will receive AT LEAST one set of teacher materials.

Step 4: Reviewing Existing Order Details

If there is no check mark next to “Pre-ID”, there is no Pre-ID roster for this school. If there is no check mark next to “Additional Material”, no additional orders have been

placed.

Click on the icon in this column to review or

place an order for each school

Step 5: Deleting Orders

Click the icon in this column to access the school’s order(s).

Step 6: Overage Material • Overage materials are not included. • Counties with high populations of EL/LEP students will

have “Central Office” listed as one of their schools. (These counties were predetermined by WVDE.)

• These counties should order overage materials under “Central Office”. – Please do not order too many!!

• When districts distribute these overage materials, they should either: – Give the school one blank “Central Office” header per

grade cluster and instruct the school to bubble in the school name and number on the header and place the header over the answer documents when they are returned to MI

OR – Instruct the school to place the completed answer

document under one of the pre-printed headers that was shipped to the school

• Counties that do not have a “Central Office” ordering option should contact WVDE to obtain additional materials, if necessary.
