    Such person so aneousnwdated shall be allotted aseparate locker, wardrobe, or other forum of storagefor clothing in the room specified in the precedingparagraph, etc., which shall be equipped with a lochand key, such ke3- to be delivered to the person soaccounnodated. The locker, etc., so allotted shallhave a clear cubic capacity of not less than 9 cubicfeet and be propcs'ly fitted with clothes hooks.

    The Local Authority shall issue to everykeeper of a boarding house, utilising vcrassdali spacefor above-nmesitioncd purposes a certificate speeifyissgtIme maxinmumn number of boarders permitted tooccupy such verandah sl)ace.
