Project Description:

I. Renovations & Additions to Westmont Hilltop High School

Under construction on the site of the existing high school, the new addition is approximately

30,500 sf single story which features a new STEM area, new gymnasium and administration

area. The renovation work consists of new layout of kitchen / cafeteria spaces, science

classrooms, knowledge common space, relocation of fitness center, library and life skills

spaces as well creation of block box space. Systems upgrades for existing facility include

replacement of existing sanitary in basement and crawl spaces, air conditioning, boiler

replacement as well as upgrades to existing site sanitary. The project also includes

reconfiguration of main entrance and traffic flow for student / bus drop offs.

II. Demo, Reno & Addition for Westmont Hilltop Elementary School

Under construction on the site of the existing middle school, the existing classroom wing is

being abated and demolished to make way for new 3-story 64,000sf classroom addition. The

existing building renovation 1st floor work consists of renovated locker rooms, new stem area,

computer lab, art room, music room, maintenance area as well as a stage being constructed in

the gymnasium. Existing building 2nd floor work consists of a new library, and updated

mechanical / electrical rooms. Systems upgrades include all new utilities, including sanitary,

sewer, gas and water. The project also includes a new bus road that connects Idaho street to

Menoher Boulevard that will be used for student / bus drop offs.
