IN RE: INCREASE IN PROTHONOTARY FEESAPPROVAL
AND NOW, to wit, this 11 day of December, 2018, the Westmoreland County Prothonotary’srequest to increase fees and charges effective February 1, 2019, pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A.§21071.1(b) is approved at a level not to exceed 3.49%. The amount of this increase is the calculated percentage difference in the consumer price index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers for the U.S. City average, all items, not seasonally adjusted for the annual benchmarks of 2013 and 2011 the immediate three years preceding the last increase, which waseffective May 11, 2014.
