From special discounts, instant rewards to exclusive events, you’ll be rewarded in more ways than you thought possible.The more you swipe your membership card when making purchases, the more benefits you earn and the more you earn the more quickly you’ll move to a higher membership level. There are four levels in the Wests Rewards loyalty program and each level offers its own exclusive benefits.

HOW DO I JOIN WESTS REWARDS?

All Wests members are automatically Wests Rewards members at Bronze level. Wests Rewards is a free loyalty program, which comes as an added bonus with your Club membership. By simply swiping your valid Wests membership card at the point of sale, or inserting into any gaming machine during play, you are opting in to the Wests loyalty program and its associated rewards.

HOW DO I EARN REWARD POINTS?

Earning Reward Points is easy. Every time you make a food or beverage purchase at selected bars or restaurants and hand your membership card to staff, you will earn Reward Points.Reward Points are also earned by having your Wests membership card correctly inserted into the console while playing a gaming machine.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL OF WESTS REWARDS I AM IN?

Simply swipe your card at the Rewards Centre and your Wests Rewards level will be displayed on the screen.

HOW DO I MOVE UP A LEVEL?

Members can move up to a higher level of Wests Rewards based on the amount of Reward Points they have earned within a rolling 31 days.

CAN I MOVE DOWN LEVELS?

Members can move down to a lower level of Wests Rewards on the 2nd working day of the month, every month. Your level is based on the average amount of points earned over the previous 1, 3 and 6 months.

DO MY REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

Wests Reward Points expire at 12pm on the 1st February each year. Silver members will roll over up to 1,000 points, Gold members up to 200,000 points and Diamond members will roll over all points automatically.
