We’ve taken Comfort Suites to a new level. So developers can take their business to new heights.
Our all-suites brand is an upper midscale powerhouse. And now our beautiful, all-new,
cost-effective prototype offers even greater value to our core business travelers and
to owners and developers.
The guest experience has three key stages. Our sophisticated redesign addresses
them all. The warm exterior and lobby signal instantly that road warriors can RELAX,
assured of a superb, stress-free stay. Our new suites offer space and tranquility
where they can decompress and RESTORE. In the morning, they RENEW for the
day to come in our enhanced breakfast area.
In rigorous testing, business and leisure travelers alike, as well as developers, have
given the new Comfort Suites high praise. It is designed to deliver guest loyalty and a
return on investment. It is the prototypical win-win.
COmfOrT SUITES®
Warmth and sophistication that delivers a lasting first impression.

When Guests Speak, We Listen
We designed the new Comfort Suites hotel with the idea that our guests and developers are
the true architects. Through extensive consumer testing, we identified the amenities and design
elements that appeal most to them. The result is a warm, inviting hotel design that not only
resonates with our guests, but also appeals to experienced developers seeking a hotel which is
highly cost-effective to build, maintain and operate.
The new Truly Yours™ design achieved significant lift in stay intent among hotel users.**
research also found guests are willing to pay significantly more on average per night compared
to the current design.***
Comfort Suites is one of the leading competitors in the lodging industry today with an all-suites
product that offers low operating costs along with extremely attractive investment potential. The
Comfort Suites design incorporates specific features to target business travelers. We refer to
these features as the Your Suite Success™ program which includes our spacious suites, the latest
technology, a 24/7 business center, a fitness center and other services. This special set of features,
in addition to the warm and refreshing design, is what makes Comfort Suites one of the most
competitive models in the upper midscale segment.

Designed with Developers in Mind
The ExteriorFrom your first look, the design welcomes you with
a sense of warmth and character. Strategically
placed stone façade elements impart a premium
appearance while keeping costs low. The design is
regionally sensitive—blending timeless materials and
versatile colors. Enhanced lighting and signature
door entry present a striking hotel exterior.
Public SpacesHere, perception is truly reality. Votive-like lighting
compliments an elegant signature welcome wall
behind the front desk—presenting a first impression of
gracious greeting and warmth. Open spaces feature
generous natural light, enhancing the indoor-outdoor
connection. A signature interactive screen allows
guests to take full advantage of the local environment.
Business travelers will welcome the enhanced fitness
room and swimming pool that offer an opportunity to
maximize workouts while on the road.
Guest RoomsGreat care has been applied to creating guest suites
that offer a luxurious experience. Pleasing natural color
palettes and soothing textures combined with flexible
lighting controls provide true relaxation.
We worked closely with developers during the design process. The result? A flexible and efficient
prototype with a cohesive look and feel throughout. Every aspect was thoughtfully considered in our
goal to blend sophistication and value.
