A time saver perk with our Design service is the product links (URL) a client receives when theyhave the Designer select items for their project. This allows flexibility for the client to have quick
access to information about that product. It also allows them to shop and purchase those items attheir convenience. We pass on any Trade discount to our clients where we can.
WHAT IS OFFERED?Thoughtful, stylish, and trending yet unique interior and/or exterior hard + soft selections,
including paint colors, for your project with your budget always in mind during the interior designprocess. After a consultation or a questionnaire is completed by the client, the Designer goes towork making your ideas come to fruition by way of our visual Moodboards and shoppable links.
We offer our Trade Discount at various stores, both online and in store. There is no mark up, just transparency.
WHAT ELSE?
You will have access to the product links which also provide Spec + Installation info for your DIYefforts.You're in control of ordering your professionally chosen interior design selections when youneed to, aligning with your timeline and budget.
You choose the package of Blueprint Boards service(s) you need. Various design options areavailable to choose from that will be of benefit to the client.
Costs: Costs start at $125 and goes upwards from there depending on services and packageschosen. See MENU for more information.
Depending on scope of work, allow a minimum of 2 week turnaround for the first round ofSelections / Moodboards after initial consultation. This is also helpful in assessing lead times forselections or lining up your installer/builder/trades for applicable selections.
Example: Most clients want selections for a refresh in their Kitchens, Baths, Bedrooms or HomeOffice. A consultation provides the scope of work and insight about budget, preferred brands ifany, etc. The Designer would then work to incorporate and complement the client's existingitems with new selections.

DESIGN CONSULTATION: 1-2 Hours, $250, plus tax
Initial consultation is where I meet with you to learn and understand the scope of work, yourideas and vision you have for your project(s). We can use this time to talk about editing,refreshing anything in your home. I will provide you with a summary of our meeting. If we decideit's a fit, we can move on to the next step and have me design and implement your ideas,shopping list and vision with the Moodboard /Style File Homeowner package. Need more designconsult time? Design rate is $125 per hour. Consultation payment due upfront before meeting.
BLUEPRINT BOARD HOMEOWNER PACKAGE: $2500, plus tax
INTERIOR + EXTERIOR selections, including paint color(s)Includes one Blueprint Board up to 2 rooms w/ their own Excel sheet complete with shoppablelinks to items.Hard samples (if any) can be delivered to your home. 3 design revisions to the Blueprint Board and Excel sheet.
2D TILE LAYOUT/ELEVATIONS (PDF File(s) for showers, bathrooms, fireplace, accent walls,backsplash, etc.) : $250 per layout, plus tax
Currently offering 2D tile layouts. 3D layouts, images and animated walk throughs are not yetavailable but coming soon. Pricing for 3D services TBD. Payment due upfront before rendering.
DESIGNER + BUILDER CONSULTATION: 1-2 Hours, $750, plus tax
This consultation is where we both meet with you to learn and understand the scope of work,your ideas and vision you have for your project(s). We can use this time to talk about building,remodeling ideas, editing and refreshing anything in your home. We will provide you with asummary of our meeting together. If you need our services afterwards and we all decide it's a fit,we can talk about the next step. Consultation payment due upfront before meeting.
BUILDER CONSULTATION: 1-2 Hours, $500, plus taxA Builder Consultation is a great place to start if you are considering a remodel, renovating orbuilding a new home and don't know where to start. Ask any question regarding the process ofbuilding. The builder will share cost saving tips, helpful guidance on your next steps and roughballpark of miscellaneous costs. A summary of items discussed will be sent to you following themeeting. If you need our Custom Home services afterwards and it's a mutual fit, we can talkabout the next step. Additional builder consult time is $250 per hour. Consultation payment dueupfront before meeting.
