Each morning, Mark Manfredine will lead out in a special Torah reading and discussion in accordance with the statute to read the Torah at Tabernacles. Mark will also share a series on World Watch topics, specifically focusing on current events in Bible Prophecy. Rod Blair, will give a Power Point presentation series on Biblical Archaeology, showing the real Mount Sinai, the crossing point in the Red Sea, amazing details about Joseph (Imhotep of Egypt), Saqqara and the pyramids, dinosaurs, carbon dating and more. Shauna Manfredine will do an in-depth series on Daniel’s 70 Weeks Prophecy (Daniel 9) showing prophetic and vital keys to timing Messiah’s Arrival, Jerusalem and the Anti-christ from this most-misunderstood prophecy. Shauna will also give a powerful series on the Torah, from her new, yet-to-be-published book Torah Studies for the Ex-Gentile Believer. WILDLIFE SAFARI Retreat guests will be invited to join a special tour of the Wildlife Safari Park, located directly across the street from the Noah’s Ark. The park features a beautiful Safari Village with many animals on display in a zoo-like environment. There is also a petting zoo, a small train to ride, and even camel rides. The Park also features a rare drive-through safari experience, where animals are roaming free all around your vehicle. If enough Lighted Way Guests wish to take this tour, we’ll book the Safari bus and ride through the Safari portion together – so check our schedule for the time, and let us know right away, if you wish to participate in this tour.
How YOU can Help… Retreat guests will be asked to sign up for KP duties during the retreat. This means that, at least once during the Feast, you will be asked to help with washing dishes and kitchen clean-up from the meals. Also, we will be delighted if you will bring your musical talents and instruments to share. During song-service, please come on up and join the praise and worship! Also, your financial gifts will be a huge blessing to defray our costs for the retreat, food, and tours.
