e Yoga Institute has over 80 varieties of fruit bearing trees, medicinal plants, herbs, and ornamental plants . All plants and trees are labelled for identi�cation.
e trail takes approximately ½ hour. is trail map and handout will help you to get acquainted with treasure trove of nature. Just walk along and enjoy!

Few things to keep in mind before you start
Nature does not hurry – Take your time to absorb the nature around .Nature has place for everything – Give space to other walkers. No plucking of �owers, fruits etc. .Nature doesn’t differentiate – Be curious about all the plants . Nature itself is beautiful, sans additions - Don’t litter, don’t smoke .Nature cures, but be sure –Consult a doctor/expert before taking medicinal herbs .Nature has its friends too - Do not disturb bubbly squirrels and other small fauna .Nature is what nature does – Feel rejuvenated but don’t forget to inculcate the learning in your life
