Over the last 12 months we’ve seen increasingly bizarre headshapes in the driver markets, as more and more manufacturers try to break the mould once again.

In our opinion, the shape of the head is a personal choice. Some of you will never get on with square

drivers, others will get over the weird view at address and love the extra forgiveness. A lot of golfers still like traditional shapes and don’t want a ‘brick on a stick’.

Exactly what clubs a golfer should carry in their bags is a subject of much debate these days, with rescue clubs and wedge options
