In 1987 Lillian Fell had a vision…..She wanted to ensure that our communities

charitable programs were supported now and for generations to come…..

That is why, over 25 years ago, she left a large gift of over $200,000 to begin our foundation.

Today, the Lincolnway Community Foundation manages close to $5 million in assets.

WeltonWomen of Welton - grant recipient for new fire trucks. Also is

an affiliate.

DeWittOperahouse Theatre-Endowment to maintain the building.

Grand Mound

DelmarSt. Patrick’s Cemetery has a $100,000 endowment for maintenance.
