! Browse to the file that you want to open ! When you click on the file, the following things may
happen: • If the file type ends with an x (docx, pptx, xlsx), the
files will be opened in office online automatically. • If the file type does not end in an x (doc, ppt, xls),
then this is an older file type not supported by office online so we will automatically open this with Zoho; an online editor.
• If you would like to open the file locally on your computer you can right click the document and choose the ‘Open on Your Device’ option. You must have our local agent installed in order to use this option.
• Documents being opened from your Google Drive will be opened using Google since that is the original location.
! When you save the document, you just need to hit the save icon and it will be automatically saved back to the files in ClassLink.
