Who participates?
Over 1,500 undergraduate students each year
You will be representing your University in a national competition with over 1,500 students from universities such as Bristol, Durham, Sheffield, Surrey, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Royal Holloway, Cardiff, Bath, Nottingham, York, Sheffield, Canterbury Christ Church, Portsmouth

How does it the UBC work?
Round One: Run on-line
• You will be running a different simulated business in each round of the UBC
• Round One is run on-line via the UBC simulation portal
• Starts late October each year
• Weekly decisions for 6 weeks (allow 1-2 hours per week)

• Everything you need downloadable from the UBC simulation platform
• You and your team act as the Board of Directors for a company
• You will manage all the different functions of this company
• Your challenge is to run it profitably and maximise customer satisfaction

Round 2:
Regional Semi-Finals - Feb/March
One-day live events around the UK
Round 3:
Grand Final – 3rd week of March
One-day live event hosted by IBM

• If not ask your lecturer to enter on-line at:
