Steel Mil l Liners experience and expertise

to a ful l range of Rubber Mil l Liners

uti l iz ing uniquely developed polymer

compounds.

Using the best ingredients avai lable we

can produce high qual ity Lifter Bars,

Shel l & Head Plates, Discharge Grates and

Pulp Lifter systems to meet your specif ic

grinding mil l application.

Our state of the art process means we can

manufacture components up to 2060mm

long thereby reducing the number of parts

you need to instal l in your mil l .

To achieve maximum service l i fe our l i fter

bars incorporate a low profi le, aircraft

grade aluminium T-Track. Options avai lable

also include Mild Steel and Stainless Steel

T-Tracks to meet your specif ic grinding

To create the most wear-resistant and high-

performance components, we use Poly-

Steel , which combines the best properties

of rubber and steel in one product.

Lighter than ful l steel , Poly-Steel is faster

and safer to instal l while contributing to

higher productivity. We provide a wide

range of steel inserts, from our Chrome

Moly and White Iron inserts to commercial ly

proven high wear and abrasion resistant

steel plating.

Each of our casting designs can include

multiple casting profi les, face angles and

weight specif ical ly tai lored to suit your

grinding conditions.

OPTI-LINERS

The new Growth Opti-Liner has been

developed to combine multiple l i fter bar

and plate rows into one single unit thereby

reducing the number of l iner components

and speeding up the instal lation process.

The Opti-Liner system can be made in ful l

rubber or Poly-Steel to suit a variety of

mil l ing applications in Bal l and SAG Mil ls .

A selection of f ixing systems are avai lable

for each mil l that best suit your method of

instal lation and l iner handler capabil it ies.

Reducing steel l iner mil l weight is often a

chal lenge but with the Opti-Liner system

you can easi ly combine steel and rubber

result ing in improved grinding options with

reduced mil l weight.

Whether it is to repl icate a Bal l Mil l steel

wave design or a SAG Mil l steel top hat

design, the Growth Opti-Liner System can

be adapted for every mil l ing application.
