What the Qur’an says about the Qur’an

This is The Book (The Qur'an), whereof There is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqun… (#2:#2)

That is because Allah has sent down The Book (The Qur'an) in truth. And verily, those who disputed as regards The Book are far away in opposition.(#2:#176)

Aforetime, as a guidance to mankind. And He sent down The Criterion [of judgement between right and wrong (this Qur'an)…(#3:#4)

Do They not Then consider The Qur'an carefully? Had it been from other than Allah, They would surely have found Therein many a contradiction… (#4:#82)

And this (The Qur'an) is a blessed Book which We have sent down, confirming (The revelations) which came before it, so that you may warn The Mother of Towns (i.e. Makkah) and all those around it. Those who believe in The Hereafter believe in it (The Qur'an), and They are constant in guarding Their Salat (prayers).(#6:#92)

Certainly, We have brought Them a Book (The Qur'an) which We have explained in detail with knowledge, - a guidance and a mercy to a people who believe. (#7:52)

So, when The Qur'an is recited, listen to it, and be silent that you may receive mercy…(#7:#204)

And when Our Verses (of The Qur'an) are recited to Them, They say: "We have heard (The Qur'an); if we wish we can say The like of this. This is nothing but The tales of The ancients." (#8:#31)

Alif-Lam-Ra. [These letters are one of The miracles of The Qur'an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows Their meanings]. These are The Verses of The Book (The Qur'an) Al-Hakim (#10:#1)

And if you are in doubt as to which We have revealed to Our servant, then produce a sura like it, and call on your helper, besides Allah, if you are truthful.(#2:#23)

And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember: then is there any

that will receive admonition?
