“What do you know about our product?”

“How confident are you that we can solve your problem (or fulfill you want)?”

”Are you thinking of our product/service as an expense or as an investment?”

If you don’t understand the value you bring to your customer, you can’t expect the customer to figure it out either. When this becomes the case, the customer can’t differentiate one product from another and so price becomes the only point they focus on.
