CoMMittee reorGaniZation

As we move into 2016, as with most new regimes, theMRCC has made some very exciting additions andchanges. One such change is the Reorganization Struc-ture of the Membership Committee. Our goal in re-structuring is to bring more cohesiveness to theCommittee. We have made the Ambassador Committeea more integral part of the Membership Committee, and have renamed this committee “Member ServicesTeam.” An additional focus for this year, and going for-ward, is to be more in tune with our existing members. To that end we have created a new arm of the Member-ship Committee called “Member Retention Team.” Wefeel these two entities will complete the MembershipCommittee as a whole and offer greater overall strate-gic alliances with all facets of our membership.

The new official breakout of the Membership Committee is as follows:

Membership Committee Andy Sulzer – Vice PresidentAparna Mulchandani – Assistant Vice President

Member Acquisition Team – Beth Donalds, Chair

Member Services Team – Randi Colton, Chair

Member Retention Team – Robin Susen, Chair

Here’s a handy checklist for creating your marketing

roadmap. Take the time to really think about the answers –

they will form the foundation of your marketing plan:

• What are your company’s challenges and opportunities?

• What are your sales goals for the next 6 and 12 months?

• Where do you see your business five years from now?

• Are you launching any new products or services?

• What tools do you use to market your company?

• What is your marketing budget?

• What are the best ways to contact your existing and

potential customers?
