ATWATER BREWING COMPANY
Located in Detroit’s historic Rivertown district, Atwater Brewery was founded in 1997 with the purpose of carrying on the rich history of breweries in Detroit. Their brewing process is over 200 years old. http://www.atwaterbeer.com/.
CAROLINA BREWING COMPANY
CBC first opened its doors in 1995, making it the oldest active brewery in Wake County. From their home in Holly Springs, NC, CBC is growing rapidly all over the state. There’s a first time for everything, and DuClaw Brewing Company Brewer, Jordan McGraw’s first taste of an Apricot lead him to an inevitable conclusion: Apricots are delicious, but not as delicious as they would be with chili peppers in a beer!
This medium-bodied, clear copper ale is crisp and lively, with a unique mix of deep, dark fruit sweetness and spicy accents of Chile de árbol and ancho chile that is sur-prisingly refreshing. Of all the beers in legend and song, there’s none as original as El KaBong.
Style: Apricot Chili Ale
Alcohol Content: 6% ABV
Color: Light copper
Gravity: 14.5 Plato
Bitterness: 40 IBUs
Hops: Galena, Mosiac

In 2013, our brew staff collaborated on a remix of our classic American Wheat Ale, adding blueberry and Meyer lemon (a softer, less bitter hybrid that still maintains its lemony flavor), for a brew as flavorful as its namesake.
The traditional American Wheat Ale serves as a solid baseline, but we couldn’t be content until we tore the roof of this sucker with a soulful fusion of American wheat and hops, and a stunning encore of blueberry and Meyer lemon.
Aroma: Grassy and floral with hints of blueberry and citrus.
Appearance: Light gold in color with a creamy white head.
Flavor: Toasted grain flavors with big notes of blueberry and Meyer lemon.
Mouthfeel: Clean, soft, and light- bodied.

Our Thai Chili Wahoo is a favorite in our tasting rooms for its complex balance of heat and spice. Orange and coriander have
