Changes to the Payroll Cycle Page
The new Verify Input step allows you to verify your entries at a glance before you calculate your payroll.
The Create Payroll File and Submit Files for Processing steps are now combined into a single step, Calculate Preview Payroll.

Retaining and Archiving Paydata Batches
Learning Bytes AvailableYou can still archive paydata batches that you use periodically. You then copy the archived batch for a particular pay period.
You can retain paydata batches that you use every pay period so that you do not need to recreate them each pay period. They will be automatically available to you the next pay period.
You can also select to automatically populate standard hours or salary information for your Automatic Pay employees when you retain a batch.

Submitting and receiving the preview payroll
You send the payroll file to ADP, and ADP makes it available again for you to preview.
Your calculated payroll information is returned in real time—in seconds.
Reviewing payroll results
You review Preview Payroll information as separate PDF reports.
Online views allow you to do thefollowing:
View payroll summary information, detailed results, and correction notices.
Expand and collapse categories of information as needed.
Click on message and warning links in the context of the report information.
Export information.
Making corrections You reject the payroll, submit the changes, and wait for the recalculation.
You click Make Corrections, make your updates, and instantly view the results.

Selecting multiple employees and auto-populating requests will save you a lot of time if you are entering numerous of QuickCalc or manual check requests at once.

Select Input to enter request information, or Results to review calculated results.
The working list enables the you to easily move between multiple requests, submit multiple requests for calculation, and save multiple requests as manual checks.
Calculate & Next will submit this employee’s QuickCalc request to ADP for processing and move you to the next employee record in the working list.
