Approval Workflows are user designed workflows for specific applications in Vision.

The workflow defines the approval process, approvers, allowable actions, and alerts for a record.

Approval workflows can be as simple or as complex as you need them to be.

Info Center Attachments is a new and easy to use feature that allows you to attach files to your Info Center records. It uses the same technology as TDM*.

* FILESTREAM must be enabled in Weblink in order to use this feature.

Unit transactions charged to a reimbursable account will be set to print with the invoice by default

Documents uploaded in the Transaction Center cannot be deleted. But you can upload new documents in Interactive Billing if you have Role Security access rights
