We Can Forget Word of God• Deuteronomy 8:11 “do not forget

the Lord your God”• Isaiah 5:13 “gone into captivity,

because they have no knowledge”• Hosea 4:6 “”destroyed for lack of

knowledge…forgotten the law”• Hebrews 5:12 “need someone to

teach you again the first principles”

We Must Never Keep Silent• Isaiah 62:6 “do not keep silent”• Jeremiah 20:9 “His word was in

“purge out the old leaven…”• They say: “I’ll lose friends if I say

that”• They’re your “friends” while they

are committing sins? Ephesians 5:11

We Must Never Keep Silent•Preachers say: “I’ll lose

financial support if I speak out against that….”

•Why are they selling the Truth?•Proverbs 23:23 “Buy the truth,

and do not sell it, Also wisdom and instruction and understanding.”

Never Be Offended Because of Christ

• Matthew 26:33,34 “I will never stumble..”

• Matthew 26:69-75 “you will deny Me three times” “went out and wept bitterly.”

• Acts 4:19,20 “we cannot but speak the things we have seen & heard”

• Acts 5:29 “obey God rather than man”• Matthew 11:6 “blessed..not offended

because of Me.”

Never Be Offended Because of Christ

• Jesus a Stumbling Block To:• Those who do not believe – Romans

9:32,33 “did not seek it by faith”• Jews which believe not –

1 Corinthians 1:23,24 “Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block.”

• The disobedient – 1 Peter 2:6-8 “They stumble, being disobedient to the word.”

Many other things we should Never Do As Christians

True child of God spends great deal of time getting things

right• Does not take much to lose your soul

• Must never lose sight of the goal – Colossians 3:1 “If then you we raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.”
