Maybe more difficult 7 fr or more

Contraindications of “radial”

• Shock • Buerger’s disease • Raynaud syndrome

• 7-8fr guide in low bmi pts

Size matters!!

• The more you do the better you become the further you go

• High volume radial centers diminish femoral cross over

• There are forearm solutions for most cases but not all cases
