Augustine Die & Mold, Inc. (ADM) was founded in 1995 by Anthony Augustine. ADM started out as a general machine shop focused on mold design, mold manufacturing and mold repair. Today, ADM has grown into a complex and integrated machining facility with over 221,000 sq. ft. ADM also offers waterjet cutting, CNC and EDM machining services.
As the demand for plastics and related services grew, Anthony Augustinecreated Augustine Plastics, Inc. (API). API offers injection molding,
manufacturing and assembly services.

We focus on the entire metal fabrication process, which includes: cutting, metal preparation, forming, welding, powder coating, painting, and final assembly. A full service company, ADM goes beyond metal stamping and fabrication and secondary finishing by incorporating in-house tool and die fabrication and maintenance.

ADM’s Mach 500 Dynamic Waterjet System (DWS) from Flow features FLOWXPERT® Waterjet technology and a cutting area of 4m x 8m (13’ x 26’ table), allowing ADM to make precision, instant cuts in a variety of sheet sizes. Mach 500’s bevel head and 3D cutting gives a performance of speed while producing the ability of cutting compound angles at a high accuracy. Its superior 5-axis motion paired with the Compass is capable of cutting compound angles with accurate, flexibility and speed.
The DWS is capable of complex and difficult shapes, such as inside corners, notches, architectural and artistic shapes. Being a CAD driven process, the DWS also offers the capability of repeatability, not available with most other cutting methods and can be used for cutting composites and plastics that cannot tolerate heat, mechanical damage or delamination.
