WHICH GENDER NETWORKS THE MOST?

Reflection

I chose this question because I know that a lot of people use Facebook and other socializing services, so I wanted to find out how much time do people waste on them. I also wanted to find out which gender networks the most because I wanted to find out which side uses Facebook more, (I think boys spend more time gaming…).

Average

I used the median to represent the average of the data because there were some outliers, so using mean won’t be accurate, as the outliers would raise or lower the average.

I think the pie chart represents the average of the data the best as it clearly shows the visual difference of the two gender data and approximates the percent difference, making it clear which gender networks most.

Conclusion

Apparently, the girls did network more, and it was proved through two ways:

Mean: Boys-593.5 < Girls-652.3 Median: Boys-297.5 < Girls-505 So we conclude with the fact that the

girls are more “social” than boys, but boys probably play a lot and socialize in different ways ;)
