A Case ExampleO A woman with type 2 diabetes consulted me
because she could not control her blood sugar even with insulin injections. Her blood pressure was also high, in spite of medication she took to control it. After eliminating foods to which she was sensitive, she was able to cut her insulin dosage in half. Her blood pressure also returned to normal. Her doctor was amazed, but I viewed this outcome as perfectly understandable. Eating the “right” diet can alleviate many health concerns.
