Using sophisticated electronic sensing technology, these charging systems can extend the service life of rechargeable batteries up to three times their rated cycle duty. Challenge These battery analyzers and chargers rely on sophisticated overmolded cable assemblies to provide the interface for non-docking batteries types . These cables must be extremely rugged, and in most cases have electronics embedded within the cables (EPROM's and Thermistors) along with rare earth magnets and a wide variety of clamps to allow physical battery interface.
