Michael B. Jacobs, CEO

Michael B. Jacobs began his career in the kitchens of the world’s culinary masters, including Desi Szonntagh, formerly of Tatou Beverly Hills, and Terrence Brennan of Picholine in Manhattan. In his early career, he went on to work at Gaughin in New York’s Plaza Hotel, Auberge du Pont Rouge in Le Mans, France and studied at the world famous Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris and the Michelin starred La Gavroche London.

Andrew M. Rothschild, President

Andrew Marc Rothschild studied economics at Cornell University and trained in three star Michelin restaurants Au Crocodile, Strasbourg, George Blanc, Vonnas and La Gavroche, London, went on to work with Celebrity Chefs David Burke and Michael Mina in the United States. He’s also a two time recipient of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America honors for The Marc (Chicago) and Annabelle’s (Naples, Florida) respectively.
