CSC-IE Scholarship in Global Governanceand Sustainable Development
IE is an international university based in Spain that o�ers
programs in international relations, business administration, law,
technology and social sciences. Recognized as a leading
educational institution in Europe, IE delivers several master's
Degrees included in the top 10 in the world according to the
Financial Times, The Economist, Forbes, QS and other rankings.
The University is supported by 31 international o�ces, including
two in China and are recognized by the CSC for this governmental
scholarship.
IE School of Global and Public A�airs and the Chinese Scholarship
Council have come together to o�er a Full Scholarship opportunity
which covers all tuition fees, accommodation, flight ticket, and
insurance to enroll in either the Master in International Relations or
the Master in International Development.
IE and the CSC will o�er outstanding students from the People’s Republic of China the opportunity to learn
in an extremely diverse and international environment. Candidates should have an excellent academic
record and leadership potential.
In addition to having their tuition cost covered, scholarship beneficiaries will also receive a monthly livingallowance, health insurance, funding to pay for visa processing and a return international flight ticket.

Master in International Relations
Developed in partnership with the United Nations System Sta� College (UNSSC), this unique master’s
degree provides world-class training for professionals that want to tackle the complex challenges
addressed by the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
This cutting-edge program looks into the opportunities and risks associated with globalization, the
interaction of public and private actors in the global arena, and the disruptive power of innovation and
emerging technologies.

Candidates shall meet the selection criteria as follows:
Be a citizen of the People’s Republic of China under
28 years old
Possess a bachelor degree with high academic standing
from an accredited university
Have graduated from a master’s degree program, or be
enrolled in its final year.
Have obtained a grade average equivalent to 85%
or higher
The admissions process is as follows:
Complete online applications for both CSC and IE,
including the IE online assessment Online.
Request legalized “criminal record” and “notarized
academic degrees”, which will be necessary for the
visa process. For more info please write or visit your
nearest consulate.
CSC will conduct the pre-selection process. IE will
only advance the pre-selected candidates by CSC
for the rest of the admissions process.
In absence of GMAT or GRE, IE will invite the
preselected candidates to take the IE Global
Admissions Exam at an IE O�ce.
Complete a personal interview (face-to-face or via
Skype) with the IE University Admissions Team.
Receive the final decision from CSC and IE.

Candidates without a master’s degree may be
considered if they have completed a 6-month internship
or work assignment in an international organization.
Have scored an IELTS of 7 (corresponding to a TOEFL
100 or Cambridge Proficiency or Advanced).
