She is a member of the Project Management Institute and is currently on the CFO program and doing Project Management Professional certification. Loice is married with 4 children. Cynthia is a Communications and Personal Development Consultant, a Transformation Activist, Author, and Strategist. She holds qualifications in Marketing Communications and Transformational Leadership and has worked extensively in human resource development, marketing, research, strategy design, and organisational structuring.
She has consulted widely in the areas of Leadership and Team Development for various organisations and institutions with a proven record of organizational change management, strategic planning and facilitation skills. Cynthia is the Executive Director of Africa Reform Institute, and founder of Women Politicians' Incubator Zimbabwe (WOPIZ), as well as Wholeness Incorporated. Her published book titles include "The Wealthy Diary of African Wisdom," "Destination Wholeness – Going Beyond Brokenness," "The Whole You – Vital Keys for Balanced Living" and "Intelligent Conversations: A mindset shift towards a developed Africa, she is co-author of "Success Within Reach." Her Film Productions Include "The Extra Mile, Women Leading in Positive Nation Building" and the "Intelligent Conversations" TV Series which inspires viewers to think about their respective contributions to Africa's continuing development.
Cynthia is also a Pastor at New Life Covenant Church and a passionate and fervent motivational speaker whose message provokes people and institutions to challenge their comfort zones, live balanced lives and create trans-generational solutions. She is married and has four children.

Noah is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at RioZim. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
He has vast experience in business management acquired through several years as a Senior Executive within various large organisations in Zimbabwe as well as a business management consultant for several years in the region. Noah worked for Bindura Nickel Corporation then a division of Anglo American Corporation for 13 years where he held various management positions. He later moved to Anglo American Corporation Head Office as Finance and Commercial Director of the Gold Division and other subsidiaries.
Noah left Anglo American Corporation to take up the position of Managing Director of Aurex Gold Jewellery Manufacturing & Export, a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, for three years after which he left to go into consultancy. He has 10 years experience in business management consultancy and has undertaken major consulting jobs for various organizations in the private and public sector in the region including Botswana, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
In 2014 Noah, joined RioZim as Chief executive officer and has been instrumental in turning around the financially troubled mining company. Noah serves on the boards of various institutions.

Rose's experience spans over 24 years, having worked for organisations in the Insurance, Banking and Transport sectors in various capacities as a Human Resources Specialist and Business Leader. She has handled consultancy assignments in the public sector, parastatals and leading private sector organisations as well as NGOs. Rose combines her extensive knowledge in Strategic Management, labour matters and her ability to employ current Human Capital and business trends to develop executable strategies that motivates teams to achieve corporate objectives for organisations that she has worked with. Rose has immense talent in strategy formulation, review and facilitation, organisational development, organisational restructuring, employee engagement surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, team building, industrial relations, productivity and other related assignments
She sits on various boards in the Financial Services, Insurance and NGO sectors including CBZ Holdings and Tropical Reinsurance. She is an Arbitrator with the Commercial Arbitration Centre, a member of IPMZ (Past President 2011-2013). Rose holds an MBA with Nottingham Trent University (UK), a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree (UZ) and Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Fellow of IPMZ. She is currently studying for a Diploma in Professional Consulting with the of Chartered Institute of Consulting UK in association with Chartered Management Institute.
Rose has received the African Leadership Award for Education in 2014 and Human Resources Leader and Achiever Award in 2011.
Rose was also part of the Labour Law Advisory Council in 2016, where she participated in the amendment of the Labour Act.

George was appointed Managing Director of Barclays Bank Zimbabwe in January 2008 and has more than 26 years of banking experience. This career banker has a richly diverse professional career covering Retail Banking, Treasury, Commercial banking and Operations.
George holds an MBA in Banking with the University of London, Centre for Financial and Management Studies (CeFiMS) and an ACI dealing certificate. He has also completed Execut ive Development Programmes with the University of Pretoria (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in South Africa, Success Motivation Institute (USA) with the University of Chicago and is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe. George a Past Vice President of the SADC Bankers Association, a Past President of the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe and a Past President of the Treasurer's Forum, a Bankers Association of Zimbabwe sub-committee. He is also a Past Chairman of the Business Council of Zimbabwe.

Bulisa Mbano a Director in the Corporate recovery and re-organsation department and at Grant Thornton. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree with Solusi University.
He is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe); a Certified Public Accountant; a Registered Public Auditor; and a Registered Estate Administrator.
Bulisa been with Grant Thornton for over 8 years and has experience in audit, tax, transaction advisory services, cooperate recovery, re-organisation and restructuring . He has been involved on several judicial management, curatorship, corporate finance and liquidation assignments.
His key responsibilities include overseeing financial management of companies under j u d i c i a l m a n a g e m e n t ; m a n a g i n g administration of funds for organisations; implementing pre-set procedures and guidelines set in judicial management and liquidation assignments; Implementing schemes of arrangement sanctioned by the Master of High Court in judicial management assignments; and managing trust funds for insolvent estates.
Bulisa is a member of the ICAZ CPD committee and a tutor for the UNISA undergraduate B.compt program.
