Notes
1. Car width max. 190 cm (see width details page 2). In case of special platform widths narrower than 230 and 460 cm respectively, the maximum vehiclewidth is reduced accordingly. For cars with two outside mirrors, a minimum platform width of 250 cm or 500 cm is recommended.
2. For standard lowered cars or cars with front spoilers exceeding the above clearance profiles, we recommend to use our system Parklift 440.
3. Due to recent increases in car length dimensions, and potential future developments, a pit length of 540 cm is advisable. This offers bigger
safety distances also for future cars.4. At the edge of the pit a 10cm wide, yellow-black marking according to ISO 3864 has to be provided by the purchaser(see “statics and construction requirements“ on page 3).
5. The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or alter above specifications.

The access to the Parklift should be level for a distance of 300cm immediately in front of the pit (max. slope allowable 1%).Beyond this max. slope 10%.

Basis is the German DIN 4109“Noise protection in buildings”.

At differing constructionalconditions additional soundabsorbing measures arenecessary.
The best results are reachedby separated sole plates fromthe construction.
Increased noise protection:
If increased noise protectionmust be provided planning hasto be confirmed on a projectbasis by Wöhr (further buildingmeasures are required).
The installation is designed to operate between +5°and +40°C.Atmospheric Humidity: 50% at +40°C. If the local circumstancesdiffer from the above please contact Wöhr.
We recommend the provisionof a drainage channel at thefront of the pit which can eitherincorporate a pump sump50 x 50 x 20 cm, or a connectioninto the storm water sewerage
system via a petrol/oil intercep-tor. To prevent any possibilityof contamination of the ground-water we recommend that thepit floor is coated with an oilproof paint.
All our systems are checked according to EC machinery directive98/37/EG and EN 14010.
Illumination has to be considered acc. to local requirements by client.
The units need to be provided acc. EN ISO 13857 with safety railingsif the gap between unit and wall exceeds 20cm. If walkways are arrangeddirectly to the side or behind the systems, railings have to be provided byclient acc. to local requirements, height min. 200 cm – this is applicableduring the construction phase too.
Special drawings for free spaces to accommodate air ducts or otherpipes can be requested at Wöhr Agent!
Regular maintenance by qualified personnel can be provided by meansof an Annual Service Contract.
Independent of a maintenance workings has to be carried out acc. toWöhr Cleaning and Maintenance Instruction regularly.
Clean up galvanized parts and platforms of dirt and road salt as wellas other pollution (corrosion danger)!
Pit must be always ventilated and dearated well.

Clear height of 310cm is sufficient, if just cars upto a height of 150cm (no estate cars) should beparked on the upper platform.
If sufficient headroom is available (305cm),estate cars up to a height of 150 cm can beparked on the upper platform provided that the»free space for door« (see section) is not utilized.
Estate cars up to a height of 150 cm can be parkedon the upper platform provided that the »freespace for door« is not utilized.
Clear height of 325cm is sufficient, if just cars upto a height of 150cm (no estate cars) should beparked on the upper platform.

The access to the Parklift should be flat of with an declination of max. 5% for a distance of 200 cm immediately in front of the pit.Beyond this the slope should not exceed 14%.

Bearing loads are transmittedto the pit floor by base plates ofapproximately 140 cm2, fixed byheavy duty anchor bolts to a depthof approximately 10–12cm.
Base plate thickness min. 18 cm(recommended concrete qualityC20/25). When fixing to water-proof concrete floors chemicalanchors are employed (to beadvised by Wöhr).
The front wall of the pits must beformed of concrete and mustbe perfectly flat and verticalwithout any protrusions.

system via a petrol/oil intercep-tor. To prevent any possibilityof contamination of the ground-water we recommend that thepit floor is coated with an oilproof paint.
All our systems are checked according to EC machinery directive98/37/EG and EN 14010.
Illumination has to be considered acc. to local requirements by client.
The units need to be provided acc. EN ISO 13857 with safety railingsif the gap between unit and wall exceeds 20cm. If walkways are arrangeddirectly to the side or behind the systems, railings have to be provided byclient acc. to local requirements, height min. 200 cm – this is applicableduring the construction phase too.
Special drawings for free spaces to accommodate air ducts or otherpipes can be requested at Wöhr Agent!
Regular maintenance by qualified personnel can be provided by meansof an Annual Service Contract.
Independent of a maintenance workings has to be carried out acc. toWöhr Cleaning and Maintenance Instruction regularly.
Clean up galvanized parts and platforms of dirt and road salt as wellas other pollution (corrosion danger)!
Pit must be always ventilated and dearated well.

For the accommodation of the hydraulic power packs an additional spaceis required which will be determinded during the verifications of thedrawings, e.g. in a wall recess.
If walkways are arranged directly to the side or behind the systems, railingshave to be provided acc. EN ISO 13857 by client acc. to local requirements,height min. 200cm.
Statics and construction requirements
The units will be fixed on the anchor points with heavy duty anchor boltsto a depth of approx. 10–12cm.
Base plate thickness minimum 18cm! Concrete quality C20/25.Special foundations are required with asphalt floors or paving-stones.
In case of lower cars with spoilers, contact Company Wöhr or local agent(see “clearance profile“).

Maintenance
Protection against corrosion
Regular maintenance by qualified personnel can be provided by meansof an Annual Service Contract.

Clean up galvanized parts and platforms of dirt and road salt as wellas other pollution (corrosion danger)!
Pit must be always ventilated and dearated well.
Conformity test
All our systems are checked according to EC machinery directive98/37/EG and EN 14010.

We recommend the provisionof a drainage channel at thefront of the pit which can eitherincorporate a pump sump50 x 50 x 20 cm, or a connectioninto the storm water sewerage
system via a petrol/oil intercep-tor. To prevent any possibilityof contamination of the ground-water we recommend that thepit floor is coated with an oilproof paint.

Illumination has to be considered acc. to local requirements by client.
