The Whole Person Development Inventory (WPDI®) is the first
psychological assessment tool developed to measure whole person
development of college students with Chinese ethnicity.
It is a self-report instrument developed based on theories of youth
development and psychological scale development protocols. It provides
a comprehensive assessment on the 15 aspects of college students'
holistic development.

WPDI® is a tool for Individuals, Institutions & Researchers.
Student's Self-understanding
Student can easily log-in to the eWPDI online system to take the test and
obtain a real-time individual eProfile instantaneously. The eProfile lists out
student's scores in the 15 factors with interpretation.

collected at entry and exit points of
a programme, to shed light on
programme effectiveness and

Apart from using eWPDI, researchers may request WPDI question items
to formulate further WPD related researches, to gain a more in-depth
understanding on the relationship between student's development and
