ABOUT THE STUDIOEstablished by Colleen Ellse, Letter & Lark is a custom letterpress studio which focuses on creating beautiful work through thoughtful design and quality printing. Besides offering custom pieces for special events and small business, we offer a paper goods line available for wholesale purchase to stationery and boutique stores. Our letterpress cards, prints, & gift sets feature original hand-drawn illustrations, designs with a focus on natural color palettes and a modern simplicity, and always a meticulous execution of printing. Letter & Lark understands that each printed piece can become a part of wedding or baby gift, a special present for a best friend, or simply a loving note to mail to family. Letter & Lark believes in the hand-made, careful centuries-old craft, and creating work that celebrates the human experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONSOrdering & PaymentOpening order minimum of $125. Re-order minimum of $75. Minimum quantities for each item are listed on line sheet. Orders can be made by phone, mail, or email. All orders must be prepaid by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). By default, all payments are processed at the time of shipment with shipping costs included. Net 30 terms are granted only upon approval for existing wholesale customers. Late payments for net 30 incur a late fee of 10% per month.

ShippingAll shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Orders (US & international) ship USPS Priority Mail, but can be sent via FedEx or UPS if preferred. Orders ship within 2-3 weeks of order, however turnaround time may vary. If any items are back ordered, you will be notified immediately with new turnaround time.

Cancellations, Returns & ExchangesPlease submit all cancellations or changes to your order within 48 hours of placing it. Returns or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in it’s original packaging.

Wholesalers must agree with the terms and policies listed above. We reserve the right to stop selling to retailers who do not adhere with them.
