the Kaufman Lofts in Kitchener, Ontario
Between the terrific location (across from the new Health Sciences campusat the corner of King and Victoria St in downtown Kitchener), the iconic
nature of the property – Kaufman Footwear has been there since the early
20th century – and the premier rents the condos generate, they can make a
great real estate investment.
