REASONS WHY OUR LPG VAPORIZERS ARE EXCLUSIVE

Actually most of countries have norms disposing the use of safety devices to avoid LPG liquid

phase in grid distribution; normally the solution is to use solenoid or pneumatic valves.

Solenoid valve have to be Eexd certified, specifically connected and they need electric

switchboard.

Pneumatic valves need an air compressor group, specific plant and electric switchboard.

Our vaporizers are equipped with an Exclusive and Innovative Control Valve totally mechanical

and covered by international patent. This valve allows only production of gas in gaseus form, and

EXCLUDE liquid not vaporized gas production; this regulation system is equipped with a POSITIVE

SECURITY PLUG – get close in case of system failure.

Our system controls liquid gas flow according to the water temperature.

Pegoraro Gas Technologies’s vaporizers use, even if to all appearance expensive production cost

due to the high quality materials and specific production procedures, totally MADE IN ITALY, have

B) EXCLUSIVE AND INNOVATIVE CONTROL VALVE TOTALLY MECHANICAL: HOW IT WORKS

The flow of gas happens by our exclusive and innovative thermostatic regulation valve. It works on

the basic concept that, reaching a certain temperature.tje LPG enters a gaseous state. The liquid

gas, coming from the tank, enters into the valve and comes to the shutter which is closed. If the

temperature of the water leaving the exchanger is recorded s being >50°C, the expansion of the

bellows will make the shutter open and let the gas enter into the heat exchanger. As the user’s

requirements vary so does the temperature of the water and consequently also the opening of the

shutter. If the need for gas should exceed the heat exchanger’s rating, the temperature of the

water leaving the exchanger will fall and the bellows will make the shutter close to reach an

equilibrium “GAS FLOW = HEAT REQUIRED”. This system excludes any possibility of taking up gas

in a state close to its re-liquefying. If the requirement for gas was nil and the water temperature

remained within the values which would ensure evaporation, the pressure within the heat

exchanger would increase and push the gas towards the tank, bringing the system back into

equilibrium.

If an emergency shut off happened due to pre-heating system failure, thermostatic valve opens

automatically again as conditions return to be proper for working again, without need for manual

reset.

MAIN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF OUR LPG VAPORIZERS

QUALITY

SAFETY

• control valve does not require electrical power supply

• control valve is normally closed: it stops the gas in case of failure
