About the video Watch as 50-year-old Barbara Nixon gets a NECK TATTOO to show her devotion to Genghis Grill and being part of its 2014 Health Kwest khantest. #GenghisGrill #HealthKwest Notice Barbara's additional tattoos on her right arm. (You can see these starting at the 0:26 mark.) Her large Celtic cross is a memorial tattoo for her 22-year-old son Kyle who passed away unexpectedly in 2011. Kyle was a graduating senior at Auburn University and is a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. The two smaller tattoos on her arm share her love for NASCAR (one of The Orange Cone, and the other of Jacques Debris).
