Violence (LLFV) outcome area. The Senior Director, GE will be responsible for setting

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade Division

(FDT) seeks an Analyst in Intelligence and National Security to track and analyze policy

seek an experienced, proactive, and entrepreneurial development leader to direct efforts to

cultivate and expand our donor universe. This is an opportunity to assist an expanding

international nonprofit realize its fundraising potential and increase its reach and influence.

The Director of Development will have assistance from WEI's Program and Office

Coordinator and will partner with the President to craft and implement a fundraising

strategy to expand WEI's sphere of donors. The organization's budget has been growing

rapidly since our founding, with the majority of our support coming from major grants and

private foundations via project based and capacity building grants. WEI envisions

sustaining its mission on this basis and enhancing and expanding our individual giving

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the drafting and implementation of WEI's annual fundraising

plan and serve as a collaborative partner to the President.

• Work closely with the President on foundation fundraising, project based grant

opportunities and the expansion of WEI's individual donor base, including prospect

identification and research, materials preparation, and strategy development.

• Engage with program staff to develop appropriate degree of knowledge about the

field of the rights of women with disabilities and women generally, especially in

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and full spectrum collection management, to

support global HUMINT operations. Maintain detailed situational awareness regarding

HUMINT operations within the assigned AOR, which can be regional (greater Middle

East/Africa, East Asia, Western Hemisphere), or functional in nature. Conduct liaison with

national level intelligence organizations as appropriate to coordinate and deconflict

operations. Candidates must be able to demonstrate high-level subject matter expertise on

HUMINT collection methodologies. Candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive

understanding of political, cultural, social, historical, military, diplomatic, regional,

economic, and civil unrest considerations for the area. Candidate should be conversant on

Position Description:

The Director of Food, Nutrition & Livelihoods Security (FNLS) is responsible for leading

and growing PCI’s work and reputation in FNLS. The Director is accountable for

expanding quality FNLS programming, consistent with our mission and strategic priorities.

S/he will represent PCI to our key donors, including USAID/FFP and USDA (especially

Food for Education), and engage in appropriate DC and international networks. The

Director will identify, pursue, and lead the process of securing strategic FNLS growth

opportunities both with existing donors, and new and non-traditional donors and investors,

including the private sector. S/he will build networks and create strategic

alliances/partnerships in support of robust FNLS program growth and research. Specific

areas of focus are integrated food and nutrition security, climate-smart agriculture,

Expanding our FNLS portfolio will be achieved in coordination with other key technical

Nurture Project International (NPI) is a US based, grassroots, nonprofit that believes every

woman has a right to a safe and supported motherhood. NPI provides relief to communities

affected by disaster, crisis, or trauma by engaging experienced and qualified volunteers to

respond quickly to emergencies and provide rapid assessments, trainings, and grassroots

support to local communities.

Nurture Project International was first discussed during a conversation between public

health professionals, disaster relief experts, breastfeeding supporters, midwives, and

IBCLCs who were passionate about minority rights, disaster relief, safe infant feeding, and

international public health. As a response to a call for infant feeding specialists in Europe

the organization has rapidly grown and our first large project in Greece was developed.

After an analysis of the current refugee crisis it was quickly concluded that there was a

great need for creating an informed group to mobilize qualified and trained volunteers who

would deploy to emergency situations and support mother as they fed their babies. In

addition, it was concluded that education, training, and information was needed not only

amongst other NGOs, health professionals, and volunteers to ensure best infant feeding

practices but also for refugee mothers so that they can create and maintain peer to peer

infant feeding support projects within the refugee community.
