Dear Jason:

You have been placed on Academic Probation and a notation has been added to your official transcript. Your cumulative GPA is below 2.0 at the end of the Fall 2014 semester.

To ensure that you are not academically suspended after your next semester of enrollment, your cumulative GPA must be at least 2.00. If your next semester GPA is at least a 2.3 or better, but your cumulative GPA is still below a 2.00, you will be allowed to continue on Academic Probation. Before beginning Spring classes, it is important for you to take steps to address your probationary status.

· Please see your academic advisor as soon as possible to discuss your course schedule and determine if any changes are appropriate. If you are not sure who your academic advisor is, visit the office of your major department or check in Banner Self Service through your 49er Express account.
