BALLISTIC TESTING TO THE EXTREMEOur military origin has given us more than two decades of experience in protective eyewear.Shatterproof Selenite™ polycarbonate lenses separately, and mounted in their triloid nylon frame, meet ANSI Z87 and EN.166 requirements for high velocity impact and high mass impact.This means that some of the Wiley X eyewear with SeleniteTM polycarbonate lenses are able to withstand following impacts.

ANSI HIGH MASS IMPACT TESTWiley X frames and lenses must withstand the weight of a 500 gram pointed projectile dropped from a height of 1,3 meters. That pretty much ensures that they’ll stand up to anything you will encounter.

The RX program enables simple ordering and delivery of single vision (Shamir Smart AttitudeTM) and progressive (Shamir Autograph AttitudeTM) corrective lenses.

My name is Nathan, and I was involved in a flash fire in an oil field in October 2010. I got second and third degree burns on 23% of my body, my face, neck, ears, both arms (from shoulder to finger tips), a few spots on my back, and both upper legs.
