Upon receiving returned eyewear that Wiley X, Inc. determines to bedefective, we will repair or replace it, at our option.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including but not limitedto scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, and other issuesdetermined by Wiley X, Inc. not to be a manufacturer ’s defect. Originalpurchaser must include a shipping, handling, and processing fee of $9.00 with any warranty claim.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGESReturns and exchanges will not be accepted without receivingprior authorization. Returns must be in resalable condition,as determined by Wiley X for product not discontinued longerthan six months. All returns must be shipped prepaid from

point of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. NoCOD returns accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges willbe shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise unless otherarrangements have been made with Wiley X.
