Our Story… Michael Pouliot has been discipling others to fulfill the Great Commission for over 15 years. He uses the 2 Timothy 2:2 method of training disciple-making disciples, which is relational as well as generational. He founded BattleZONE Ministries in 2002 because he wanted to coach men to follow Jesus so they could be sent out to fulfill the Great Commission and make disciple of Jesus. Over the past 11 years BZM has discipled over 3000 men and equipped dozens of BattleZONE Coaches in the US and abroad. BZM has partnered with prisons, rescue missions, military chaplains, and various Christian organizations to train up disciple making disciple makers. Our Mission… is to transform the hearts of men to follow Christ and become gen- erational disciple makers. Our Vision…is to train, equip and multi- ply hundred’s of disciple-making disciple makers in the next 10 years to become leaders who expand this process in their area of Christian service. Our Team…BattleZONE Ministries has certified dozens of pastors, elders, deacons, men’s ministry leaders, chaplains, rescue mission staff and each BZM board member in the relational discipleship process. We believe that each of these leaders are strategically placed by God to carry out our mission and vision. This way each team- mate can influence his local culture. At BZM…we partner with Christian organizations who want to create a relational-discipleship process that can SHOW YOU HOW to implement the process through a unique hands-on leadership training tool. Our discipleship model has been proven to impact many different church denominations as well as: • rescue missions • troubled teen facilities • prisons • military bases • corporate environments • small groups The discipleship training has been effective in age groups from teens to seniors. Diverse and intergenerational groups are also encouraged. We accomplish this SHOW YOU HOW process using an 11 week tool called The BattleZONE Training Course. This course has a long proven history of accomplishing heart change and generational discipleship in diverse Christian settings. This full color, interactive, sports themed book also includes the leaders guide. This unique training course is engaging and emphasizes hands on tools that inspire real life events to collide with God’s Holy Word—resulting in LIFE CHANGE. Anyone with access to a mobile device or computer can access dozens of SHOW ME HOW TO videos, worksheets, and themed memory verses, not to mention taking the BattleZONE Challenge. BattleZONE Coaches can also use the online or 11 Week Coaches DVD series to help disciple their men. BZM is committed to partnering with faith-based organizations by developing relationships with leadership in order to assure a culture of sustainable multiplication. Regional Training—Hold a minimum of one BZM Coaches clinic per year in strategic geographical locations to assure relational-discipleship is understood and reproduced according to 2Timothy 2:2.Churches – Partner, train and equip three churches per year where the new BZ Coaches become an outreach arm of BZ to other churches, rescue missions and other Christian organizations in their sphere of influence.Rescue Missions – partner with one new rescue mission per year for the next three years and two per year thereafter.Centers for At Risk Teens – Partner with Valley Teen Ranch and train staff to become effective BZ Coaches for onsite teens.Fund Regional BattleZONE Coaches—Establish regional BattleZONE Coaches and assist in partnering then to regional donors to meet their ministry needs.
