Loyalty Cards
•Vehicle owners earn Preferred Owner points/dollars when purchasing customer-pay service at Chevrolet OR Honda service Centers.
•Vehicle owners redeem Preferred Owner points/dollars on their next purchase of a new or used car at Williams Chevrolet Honda.
•We “pre-load” new Preferred Owner cards with $25 on the service account to encourage the first return for Service and Sales to your dealership.

Who gets the POP card ?• Williams Chevrolet customers will be offered a
Preferred Owner loyalty card when:– They purchase a New or Used Vehicle or get service
work done that involves customer pay.• The card will be pre-loaded with $25 for their
NEXT service purchase and $250 for their NEXT vehicle purchase.
• Customers will be linked to only our dealership with this unique loyalty card.

How does the POP card work here?• At a customer service visit, the card will be scanned
when they check out, and the $ amount available will be deducted from the bill.
• If they purchase anything additional, they will earn 5% of that expense toward their next service, parts or body shop visit.
• If purchasing a vehicle, the “sales” money available will be deducted from their cost. – The Sales dollars can not be used with GM employee New Car
sales purchases.

• Who will let the customers know about this?– Primarily the Sales and Service Team. However all employees need to
know about the program and encourage customers to enroll.• Who is eligible?
– All Williams Chevrolet Honda customers – those who purchase a New or Used Vehicle OR those who have customer pay customers work done, will be enrolled in POP.
– The customers will receive their cards during the delivery or at the cashier desk at checkout.
– Eventually, the Fast Lube will enroll customers.
At this point – We need everyone to be informed and enthused!

Employee benefits:• As an employee, you will be able to get a card
that will allow you to shop on line and earn dollars to use here, for service, parts, accessories or body shop work.
• You will not earn the 5% back on your customer pay service. You will not receive any sales or service dollars – because you already receive an employee discount.
